Hey listeners, since the website and podcast launched back in May we have had over one hundred visitors! I know that doesn’t really mean all that much but I didn’t expect any more than a couple people to listen to our silly banter and explore the website. So we just wanted to say thanks for any little bit/a lot of support you may have provided us.
As for future content, we are still TBD for any future recording sessions for podcast episodes, but we are going to update the website with some written content hopefully at least once a week or more.
If you listeners remember in our last podcast episode, we said that our summer was going to be full of media binging… well we weren’t lying. As of now, we have both been reading a s**t ton of comics, catching up on ton of video games and TV shows, watching new movies blah blah blah. So this is where all of our written content will be coming from. We might end up talking about some old stuff and also some new stuff, but to each of us, this is our — What did elementary school call it…? “Catch-up Days.”
For starters, we have a new review series called “Short Games, Even Shorter Reviews” that focuses on video games that are either short in length, indie, episodic or basically any game that delivers small but arguably high-quality content; not focusing on “AAA games.” There’s “Oh My! Anime,” which is our anime recommendation watchlist. Again, some of the shows might have come out years ago and some are new, but we are going to recommend things as we watch them or finish them for the first time. As for movies, comics, new tech, etc., the reviews, editorials, features or whatever it is we decide to do with them and how we categorize them will come in the future.
